I walked in and asked for help to get a house. I had no clue what steps I needed to do or what I can do to get prepared for owning a house. I am lucky I choose Nova and the person I talked to was Daniel. Daniel let me know that I had a good credit score and that I was ready to start shopping for a house. He printed out a letter saying I was serious buyer and all I had to do was show this to a realtor. I didnt know a realtor and he recommended one. Getting a house was easy and fast. I was tired of renting and locked in a good rate. Even after getting a house Daniel continued to check in on me. Nova is lucky to have someone like Daniel and he even stopped by and checked on me when my family was going through an emergency. I have recommended him to all my coworkers and if I ever need to sell my house he would be the only one I call. So anyone thinking bout buying a house needs to call Nova and ask for Daniel. I promise you he will make you feel welcomed and nothing is better than being able to say I have a home and not wasting my money on rent.
